Three years later in 1925 he met for the first time the leader of the NSDAP Adolf Hitler.
In 1927 he was appointed to
Gauleiter of Berlin, where he founded the official Nazi newspaper
"Der Angriff" (The Attack). The following year he became an elected member of the
Reichstag (German parliament). Within the NSDAP he was the designated
propaganda leader. After the Nazis came into power in 1933, he was appointed

he was a master of manipulating German people, so they became willing
followers of Adolf Hitler and the NSDAP and believed in the destiny of
Germany to rule the world. In 1944, during the Second World War, he was tasked by
Hitler for total mobilization of all German resources.
